What is BP Bourse?

BP Bourse is Banque Populaire’s online trading service. Group clients get a client area to follow the Casablanca Stock Exchange, see their portfolio and send orders, executed by the BCP group’s brokerage firm. Because Banque Populaire is very present among Moroccans living abroad, this service is widely used by them to invest in Morocco from a distance.

How to open an account

  1. Have a Banque Populaire account

The service is mainly for group clients, in Morocco or abroad.

  2. Ask for a securities account

In a branch or through digital channels, with the usual documents and an investor-profile questionnaire.

  3. Activate online access

You receive your login for the trading area.

  4. Invest

Fund your account and place your first orders. See how to invest.

Investing from abroad

For Moroccans abroad, the main advantage is managing Moroccan shares from a distance. Check the type of linked account (dirhams or convertible dirhams), the rules for sending money back, and taxes in your country of residence. See our tax guide.
