New shares to fund growth
Jet Energy, a company specialised in solar energy, received approval from the Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC) on October 21, 2026 to list on the Casablanca Stock Exchange. The company is issuing 2,625,000 new shares, which will represent 20% of its capital after the offer. The shares will be listed on the Principal F compartment.
A price set within a range
This is an open-price offer: investors subscribe within a range of 125 to 143 dirhams per share, and the final price is set when subscriptions close. The company will therefore raise between 328.1 and 375.4 million dirhams.
According to press analyses, this range values the company at 1.31 to 1.50 billion dirhams before the capital increase. Some observers questioned the profit multiples used: as with any IPO, read the information note carefully.
